Patrick is an O’ahu born & raised Realtor, and a proud alumni of Kamehameha Schools & The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV.)

His professional career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Las Vegas, NV and Washington, D.C., where he delivered five-star customer service, and now brings this experience to the real estate industry.

During his tenure in luxury property management, he earned multiple sales awards - going above and beyond - to remain successful in the constantly changing environments of new construction projects. He was respected for being hands-on and was often found "in the trenches," supporting his teams.

Patrick grew to a Sales Director position, supporting nine rental communities, 3000+ units, and 7500+ residents. Continually practicing strong communication, dependability, and problem solving judgement, he became the trusted advisor that past colleagues and clients view him as today.

Clients & friends describe Patrick as genuine, dependable, hard-working, a strong communicator, and often say, "he treats everyone like family."

When not working, Patrick and his wife enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants, traveling, listening to live music, and relaxing at the beach while their son plays in the tidal pools

Patrick owns real estate on the continent & O’ahu, and brings a local perspective, with continental experience, to your selling process.
